I read beer=bear by mistake But beer is [C,U] and I think it consider general state.

It was a good exam and my grade is 90%.But there were some word that we couldn't say certainly they are C or U for example Coffee or Expense . I think expense with "s" is C .Am I right

My dear friend, expense is the MONEY that you spend so it is U.
About the coffee, it is [C,U], but I think the exam consider general state, and coffee is U generally.

well, "expense" is like many other words both countable and uncountable. I refer you to this entry from simple.wiktionary.org for examples of both cases:
